strategies buyers in today's market:
- Hiring a
competent Realtor to work with you through the process.
- Getting pre-approved with a reliable lender. This includes completing
the application process and having your credit checked.
- Have a copy of your pre-approval letter ready with your FICO score.
- Have the necessary funds ready, and be prepared to write the deposit
check at any time.
- Do not apply for any other credit at the same time.
- Complete a profile with your Realtor, begin to search for your next
home, and be ready at a moments notice to preview homes and write an
offer.
During the
escrow period l represent your best interests with: loan officers,
sellers, listing agents, escrow and title insurance officers, appraisers
and inspectors. I promise that I will always be completely on your side.
I can represent you free of charge with all homes listed in the Regional
MLS, new homes and spec's, land and lots, and the auctions of banks and
government owned homes. I can also represent you in the purchase of many
"For Sale by Owner" homes.
You will not be charged for my services, they are free to you. My
brokerage fees are collected from the seller's proceeds, and only when
you get the keys to your home.
