SERVICE before Salesmanship

 

We bring integrity back to real estate transactions, and practice SERVICE instead of Salesmanship.

My own involvement with Real Estate began as an investor. I began taking Real Estate courses while screening investment opportunities for purchase in California and Colorado. The deeper I got into the formal education, and the closer I became with the people involved, the more I realized that I loved this business - and that I could provide service levels above and beyond the competition.

It was at that point I decided to become a Salesperson, a Broker, and the Owner of Place Called Home Realty.

Investment experience provides the tools needed to help you make the right decision. Buying a home is the largest financial transaction most families make. You want someone with you who can look at the deal, the transaction, the offers rationally and without too much emotion. You want someone who puts your family first.

You also want someone who is on the "front lines" - out there every day, writing offers and showing homes, walking neighborhoods and talking to lenders, meeting other brokers and keeping abreast of the latest tools.  You need someone with their finger on the pulse of the market place - and at no other time in our history has this been true

My formal education (Bachelors and Masters degrees) is in Management and Technology – both of which have a direct role in Real Estate, and can help YOU. Real Estate transactions are complex. You want someone who has the skills to pull together the many different parties and make the transactions flow smoothly. In today’s Real Estate environment, you need someone who can use technology to your advantage. Modern marketing techniques for quick Real Estate transactions are technology driven.

Real Estate is about PEOPLE. You. The client. Never forget that. You want someone who is with you step by step. Integrity means representing the client in the most professional manner. Integrity is about ethics. Integrity is about the Golden Rule – Treating others as you would like to be treated.

When screening Realtors, and looking for someone to represent you properly DIG DEEP. Ask them about their personal Real Estate holdings. Ask them about their education. Ask them about their complex decision making and problem solving. Ask them about ethics. You will want these skills on your side.
