Market Analysis:
- Market value analysis on your house/residential property is a part of our initial presentation to you.
- We deliver it to you so that you can review all the materials
- We meet you at your house/home to factor in the condition, location etc that impact the price.
Staging your Home:
- After you decide to list with us, we provide you with information on how to properly stage your home/residential property.
- The goal is to WOW prospective buyers by doing simple things to your house/home.
Preview your Competition:
- We preview your competition to see what we are up against.
Accurate market placement:
- Within a week later we meet again to discuss your competition
- We will show you digital photographs of houses/residential properties competing with you and give you a "buyers eye view" of the market.

Virtual Tour:
- Immediately after your house has been listed a 360 degree virtual tour is created on your property unless you decline one.
- Unlike some brokers who will cut costs and order a 180 degree tour we only use high quality true 360 degree tours.
- This tour is posted in the MLS and our website for Buyers to preview 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
